Features and Improvements

Sales Agent

  • Override Capacity for iTicket BookingFlow Products - The "Override Capacity" feature is now activated for all customers in Sales Agent. To access this toolbar, ensure the following: 

    • Your iTicket channel is set to "own channel."

    • Your Citybreak channel is set to "own channel."

    • Your Citybreak user role is admin or part of a user group with "Override Capacity" permissions.

Documents 

  • New PDF Document Generation Service - We’ve transitioned to a new PDF generation service, making documents easier to maintain and resolving issues where images sometimes were not displayed in PDFs as intended.

CB online 

  • Dynamic package step display settings - We have added sorting and display product list settings for accommodation and todo step. New options are:
    Default product list view and Default sorting.

Galaxy API 

  • Added functionality to edit bookings with reuse capacity - Allowing changes to the number of guests or persons for iTicket transport activities and BookVisit  accommodation products. These edits can now be handled via the Galaxy API, offering greater flexibility in managing reservations.

External integration

  • Protect Group Cancellation Insurance - Added support to edit external cancellation insurance for canceled bookings via Sales Agent.
    Users can now:
    • Update the insurance price.
    • Remove the insurance entirely if required.

Various fixes

Online 

  • Resolved an issue causing duplicate display of iTicket BookingFlow transport locations for roundtrip product types.
  • Added a fallback mechanism for the startdateISO parameter in the iTicket BookingFlow widget. If a date is set in the past or the product has no availability, the widget will now display the first bookable date automatically.
  • Corrected a start time issue for iTicket BookingFlow tours related to finish time zone discrepancies.
  • Resolved an issue where CB Online occasionally displayed more capacity than was available for non-booking flow iTicket activities (none bookinflow setups).
  • Corrected a complementary information handling issue for optional and mandatory setups in CB Online.
  • Fixed a minor data output issue in the "remove_from_cart" GA event.
  • Completed the removal of older SignalR implementation in CB Online.

Admin

  • Extended the character limit for Rate Code Descriptions in CB Admin to 2500 characters.

Sales agent

  • Fixed a bug where the default preliminary booking setting did not show full calendar date options in Sales Agent.
  • Addressed an edge case where bookings incorrectly received the "cancelled" status instead of "changed."
