Features and Improvements

Citybreak CB Admin CB docs

  • New Dynamic Package Basket Design - We have revamped the basket view for all dynamic package bookings in CB Online. The new design features a more visual package content header, product grouped per package step with content display in the basket view, and consistent updates across MyPage booking view and booking documents for a clearer and more engaging user experience.

  • Dynamic Packaging Step Icons - Introduced the option to choose icons for each package step, displayed in the package navigation step bar. This feature will also be available in the upcoming dynamic package basket view, where the icons will be shown alongside step names.

  • Package Admin Tip -  We recommend updating the step name, description, and title, and selecting relevant icons for all your packages to provide a more cohesive and engaging experience for your end customers.

CB Online

  • Traveler Rating Modal - Added a new Traveler Rating modal to the product lists (in dynamic packages and todos), allowing users to view traveller ratings more conveniently.

Klarna Financials

  • UTC time for Klarna PSP - We have changed it so financials uses UTC times in the reconciliation feature (completed credit card tab) to align with payouts from Klarna.

Citybreak

  • Enhanced performance speed - Improved performance when adding a dynamic package to the basket.

CB online

  • Map Views Update - Implemented a Copyright notice and a link to the map provider on all the new map views to meet compliance requirements.

Various bug fixes

  • iTicket BookingFlow: Fixed an issue with the display of page 1 content in the iTicket BookingFlow widget modal.
  • CB Online Discounts: Resolved a promo code issue in CB discount sales reports where, in some scenarios, the report didn’t show used campaign codes correctly.
  • Product Modals: Added support for simple HTML formatting in the product modal to ensure alignment with the product detail page.
  • BookVisit Integration: Fixed an issue that impacted payments via Citybreak when users activated a specific attributes in BV Admin.
  • Traveler Documents: Corrected an issue where the package price was incorrectly displayed in traveller documents.
